Pan'Dale Keep sits high above Menarik, the large castle town that sprawls out from Pan'Dale's shadow. Charged with protecting the border, Arl Orrven Pan'Dale trains soldiers sent from the other Tohms to be trained by the Commander of the Vesperrin.
